Our visitor guide is distributed to individual visitors by request and to visitor centers throughout the western United States. Our staff is here to help tour operators plan an unforgettable tour.  We can provide personalized site inspections of properties and attractions; itinerary planning assistance; referrals to local receptive operators and other suppliers; lodging assistance and hotel lead service; photos; visitor guides; and other promotional material.

Media/Public Relations Services
Drawing positive media attention to promote tourism to Southwest Washington is a top priority.

Meeting Planner Services
Our sales staff is happy to send out requests for proposals to area hotels on your behalf, and to assist you with a hotel and meeting space selection at a property that is best suited to your budget and your needs. We also arrange complete, personalized site inspections.

Convention Services
Our professional staff is committed to making your convention a success. We can provide vendor referrals for meeting services, local press contacts to help with event publicity, suggestions for spousal programs and other pre- and post-convention activities, and help with transportation and other logistic needs. In addition, we can provide free promotional material for mailing out pre-convention or to provide in attendee registration bags.
